I should have researched before ordering a sweater from this site. They claim to be based in a certain location but actually ship from China. The sweater arrived much smaller than expected and the material was cheap. When I contacted customer service for a return, they offered me a partial refund instead. Their FAQ mentions that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but doesn't clarify that it must be sent to China. I found this unacceptable and have started a dispute with my credit card company.
