LV treated me as a criminal ! Loss my return, DO NOT BUY!

LV has sent me a faulty item, which had glue stains on the zipper part of the Trio Toiletry Bag that I have ordered. So I returned the item to order a new one as I was going away for holiday and didn’t have time to do exchange. I have sent the item using the UPS as they are working with them. While I am on holiday LV contacts me stating the item was sent in an empty box! This alone was enough to ruin my holiday. So, I filled a case with UPS on my holiday! When I got back I contacted UPS and they have accepted their liability and accepted their fault for sending the item in a empty box (what a joke!) How is this even ok I paid £1100, just so a UPS driver steals my item.Baring in mind I am so stress to the point I couldn’t function for weeks- calling LV and UPS and dealing with the’re poor customer service I had to see a doctor. As UPS has accepted liability and admitted that it was their fault, I’ve contacted LV stating that UPS is willing to pay me but they are waiting on realise letter from LV so they can refund. But what did LV do blamed me, wasted my time for months saying ‘a manager will get back to you. We haven’t got no notification from UPS, etc etc’ this went on for weeks and months. And at the end they said we closed the case and can't refund you. My absolute shock!!! So I called UPS which they are still telling me that they are waiting on the letter from LV to refund me. At this point my brain was frozen I was so fed up I added LV to the call with UPS. Which UPS is telling LV we accept liability and need the realise letter to refund. But what did LV do ? They said they can not do anything at that point so a manager will call you. And did they? NO!Here I am stressed for months left with £1100 to pay as I got it with my paypal credit account. All I wanted to do is gift myself for graduating.I will be taking this to court as UPS stole my item and LV knew it wasn’t my fault and did nothing! UPS clearly stated that they will pay for the item but LV on purposely did nothing. The funny thing is I was waiting on the refund to buy from LV again as that was my intention from the start, because the item came faulty. ( UPS sent me all the documents showing that it was their fault and is taking liability for the loss.)Listen to me and do not buy anything from LV, they will treat you like a criminals and give you unnecessary stress when problems can be easily solved. You will be left with thousands of loss!What a shame on a luxury brand like LV.
