My deep disappointment with my recent experience with Louis Vuitton. (LV FRANCE GALERIES LAFAYETTE)I waited in line for almost two hours at your store, only to discover that the wallet I purchased has a manufacturer’s defect. I promptly reached out to customer service in France, as well as emailed the store manager, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. To make matters worse, the customer service I have encountered has been rude and unhelpful.As a customer who chose Louis Vuitton for its reputation in luxury and quality, I never expected to experience such a lack of assistance and empathy. It seems that, rather than receiving the care and attention that comes with the premium price point, I have been met with indifference and unprofessionalism.It’s incredibly disheartening to see that as a customer, I am treated this way. I am simply seeking a resolution for the issue with my product, but the dismissive attitude I have encountered leaves me questioning the level of customer service that should be expected from a brand of this stature.My only hope is that this message reaches the appropriate management team, as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how large or established the company may be.I want to make it clear that I will never again purchase from Louis Vuitton, and I will not hesitate to share my experience with others. The way I have been treated—especially after spending my time, money, and energy—is simply unacceptable. It’s disappointing to realize that a brand of this stature has such a disregard for customer care.I hope that the management team takes this feedback seriously. Just because a brand is known worldwide does not mean it should take its customers for granted. The world is round, and there are many other brands that also value their customers and provide the service they deserve.
