I bought a pair of Bom Dia Flat Comfort Mule last December and contacted LV via text to say the shoes were squeaky. I was told it was the leather adjusting to my feet. I entered the store on 10 th November 2024 at approximately 11 am. I have never been so humiliated in all my life to be told I had purchased the wrong size and told it could be a sweat issue with my feet . The slide has a mould for your heel to sit in so therefore adviseable to size up in a shoe. I had no idea until yesterday. The salesperson brought me a stocking. What a joke . Never been so upset in all my life and to be told this after being advised in store the slide was size perfect , alright?
