I tried to purchase a handbag online and understandably they require a signature to make the delivery. What I don't understand is why they do not allow other options such as to keep at the delivery place for a pickup. Apparently, if you work for a living you don't deserve to receive their handbags. Message received Louis Vuitton and you just lost a customer for life. I did call their customer service to try to resolve and the only option was to deliver at my work, which is not an option or find someone to sign for me at my house which is also not an option. Very disappointed in this company and do not recommend their products for those who work.
