I LOVE this watch! My wife and daughters got this for me for Christmas, only mistake they made however was that they got the smallest face size 43mm and it looked tiny on my wrist. So I wrote back to the company and mailed back the watch. They were VERY responsive to the request to exchange the watch for the larger face size 48mm. I was super pleased with their service and the product. The watch is beautiful! I have yet to take it off ;) many thanks to the Louis XVI team and of course to my loving family!
