poor experience while communicated with the shop staff. totally not helpful. she said the order can be arranged by delivery only but no pick-up option.yet i just read the official website and said absolutely i can go to melbourne warehouse and pick up!i agree the product quality is good, that's why i returned and would like to procure one more chair. however the staff is not helpful and provide wrong information to me. how it make my day!
