Would give a 0 if it was an option, never repurchasing from Lounge Lovers again. Poor communication around delivery resulting in confusion. Delivery date booked and confirmation received. Delivery notifications received even to the point of saying we were next, then later advised item was never actually out for delivery and instead was still in another state. Delivery rebooked and further poor communication on delivery date. Minimal effort made to rectify the situation and partial refund offered was a kick in the teeth. Wasted so much of my time, and still paid over $139 for the disaster delivery of a sub-par product.
