ServiceI do not want to Deal with an international call centre. I want to support service jobs for Australian based staff. I have also just discovered that my online order will only ever be handled by the international service team if I have any issues. Anyone buying from loungelivers, I encourage you to support your local store. If you find something online, pick up the phone and place your order with the actual store. Check that you are speaking to the store and not the call centre. When I went through to customer service today after looking up the phone number to my local store, I was answered by an international call centre. I asked if I had reached X store. The response was purposely vague telling me that I had reached Lounge Lovers. I don’t have time for trickery. I have lost respect for Lounge Lovers too. Look at how much trouble buyers have when they deal with companies that put up barriers and force you onto international call centres!Also, push back on jobs being sent overseas when it is not necessary.My furniture reviews will be seperate.
