Great customer service. I was kept up to date of my orders progress by Jenny. My order was ready early and they reached out to see if I could take delivery early. Being able to track the delivery driver made it so I wasn't waiting around all day and could still get things done. Driver set up my lounge and removed all packaging, very fast and pleasent to interact with. Lounge is great quality, definitely recommend Lounge Lovers.
