I requested a return & refund in line with their policy displayed online. First, I was responded to by a bot, which gave incorrect information.When I got a response from what may have been a real person (it's impossible to tell at this point), I was told that they don't accept returns as the process is "too expensive" for them.The blankets are brand new and still in their vacuum sealed packaging, and I requested the return within the time limit provided by law. Online retailers cannot refuse to accept returns, and this is a particularly ridiculous reason as I would be paying the return shipping.
