Ordered fabric on Jan 30, confirmation email sent. I began emailing them on 2/11 since all I heard were crickets. First response was auto reply. Second reply same day was 'let us check with our fullfillment'. More crickets!
On 2/14 I sent email stating I was going to contact credit card company to cancel payment due to non delivery. In less than 24 hrs I get email with apologies that they ran out of fabric and were issuing a refund - order cancelled. This is obviously a way to prevent me from saying 'they didn't deliver'. Will be checking for refund!!
The interesting part is that I went back to their website and guess what? The exact fabric is indeed still available for ordering. Must be a bigger hit to have a credit company dispute a charge vs the consumer.
I would be money that their raving reviews are AI and not real customers :)
