Do not use this company. Seriously.
A fire broke out at one of their facilities last year. One of the people affected was me and my items were lost. I understand fires happen and this wasn't Love2Laundry's fault. What is their fault is everything that came after.
First I was told my order was delayed. Then I had to chase. And chase again. Over numerous days. Eventually I was told my items had been lost in the fire. No proactive communication and I had to drag every update out of them.
That was last year. I've since had to replace everything that was lost at my own expense.
They offered a goodwill gesture. Still waiting. When I chase, they claim it's been paid. I've asked for payment details so I can trace it with my bank. Still waiting on those too.
Their email responses are vague and often completely miss what I've actually asked. I keep getting generic information about the insurance process that I didn't request. I understand they're working to the insurer's timeline, but their communication has been so poor I have no idea what's actually happening with my claim.
To top it off: the payment for the original order, the one where my clothes burned, was refunded as account credit. Account credit. For a company I will never use again.
Even before all of this, their service was unreliable. Collections were frequently early, interrupting work calls I'd scheduled around the pickup window, and returns were consistently late.
This is a company that fails at the basics and then completely falls apart when something actually goes wrong. Avoid.
