I placed an order with Amika on 12/30/2024 and the shipment is dead. FEDEX confirmed the tracking number has not moved for several days and AMIKA continues to send emails on how my order either has arrived or will be on 1-9-25, which at this point was four days ago. I sent AMIKA an email last week requesting to cancel my order and get a refund because I have not received my order and it is not moving and it was denied!! I am filing an appeal with my bank today and I always have good luck with those. THANK YOU TRUSTPILOT!I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE LARGEST SHAREHOLDER OF AMIKA WHICH IS THE BANSK GROUP, I WOULD LIKE THE BANSK GROUP TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REVIEW FOR AMIKA.
