This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've EVER encountered. To begin with, the product was misleadingly advertised as "one size fits all." I wear a size 8, and the bathing suit did not fit at all. Secondly, their no-refund policy only allows for exchanges—but since they only offer one size, the exchange option is essentially meaningless if the item doesn’t fit. Finally, I returned the item hoping to receive store credit so I could try the one-piece version instead. However, they rejected my return, claiming there was a piece of dog hair on the bikini and insisting it had been worn, despite the tags still being attached and the item never having been used. I was out $200 at that point, so I contacted my bank. After reviewing the situation, they agreed the seller's actions were deceptive and reversed the charge.
