Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to contact the company within their short 30-day return window. Given that this was during the holiday season, I expected some flexibility, as many reputable companies extend return periods. They refused the return entirely, even for the unopened items.
They offered no meaningful resolution and ignored my final email (which I can verify was never opened). Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others.
