I wouldnt even give them 1 star really really bad experience with this company from the very start 1. Single bed ordered for my daughter and to be delivered a week later which was fine on the day it was supposed to arrive no communication from them weather it was going to be delivered or a time until I rang them and they clarified that it would be delivered between 12:30 and 3:30 so I gave them till 4pm still nothing from them no phone call or anything so again I had to make contact to see what was going on I was told that they would get in touch with the driver and that they would ring me back again no phone call after an hr so again I had to ring them to be told that the driver might not be able to make it this was after 5pm after waiting all day in the house for this to come at this stage I really didn't want it now as I felt it was a bit of a mickey mouse company so I told the helpline that it was ok that we don't want it straight away he said oh no it will definitely be delivered today I will get onto the driver to say that it has to be delivered and you will get it so his story changed now that it will be delivered now so 7 hrs later it arrived at 7:30pm 2. On the box it says a single bed but as we had it Assembled we noticed that this looks a bit big so we only just bought a really good mattress to go onto this bed from a different company it turned out that love furniture sent me a small double bed which is to big for the room and we only just bought a single mattress I rang them explaining the issue about them giving me the wrong size bed and I was told to email them photos of it which I did and then supposedly it was passed onto the warehouse team 3 days later still nothing from anyone 3. Rang them 3 days later for an update and they still didn't have an update and the person on the phone said to me sure look we will let you keep the bed I don't want the bed as its to big its not the size I ordered and I dont have a mattress for it he then offered me a mattress for it which I had to pay for because they were the ones that made the mistake which was not an option for me as I already had a mattress for a single bed and he said I will get back to you and guess what he never did I am ringing these 2 -3 times a day for the past 3 days as they are never getting back to me when they say they will I felt that they think i would go away so the last phone call yesterday I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there is no one there today and there will be someone here tomorrow both female and male managers which does not bother me what Gender they are and I also asked would there be a manager there between 9am and 10am and can you also give me their name please which he did 4.It is the next day and I rang and I asked to speak to the person that he gave her name to me yesterday and it was her that answered the phone and when I said are you a manager she confirmed that she was not a manager and she apologised to me for the fella that I was talking to the day before for giving me false information when I asked can I speak to the manager then and she informed me that I could not as he was in a meeting when I asked what time appropriately would the meeting be over at and she couldn't give me answer so she then said look I will try and help you so when she read the updates on my order and seen the photos that I sent through email of the wrong size bed she then turns around and said we will send an Assessor out to your house to have a look at the bed to see if its not a single god only knows how long this would take to come out to my house when they can't even re turn a phone call so I decided there and then that I want this bed out of house now and I dont want anything else to replace and I want my money back when I said this she said oh hold on and I will see if the manager can take your call (which the manager is supposedly in a meeting ) she tried to contact him but of course he didn't answer because he is in a meeting so I am now currently waiting for this call at around 12 which I know I won't get if you are reading this review please think about this company you are purchasing from as I have wasted alot of time and energy everyday so far which it will be a week tomorrow its time and energy that I will never get back for nothing they do not care the company maybe a bit cheaper then others but I learned the hard way its really and truly not worth dealing with the stress of it the customer service people that I have been dealing with wouldnt lie straight in bed I hope this will help other people
