Extremely Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Service!! 👎👎I am extremely disappointed with Love Furniture and their after-sales service. I have been waiting nearly four months for a resolution, with no clear outcome in sight.I ordered a Jupiter mid sleeper bed and paid extra for installation. During installation, I immediately noticed that the study desk attached to the mid sleeper was defective. I brought this to the assembler’s attention on the spot and also took photos, which were reported to the Love Furniture team. I was assured the desk would be replaced within two weeks.Unfortunately, weeks turned into months with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly call customer service, and every time I spoke to a different representative who had no knowledge of my case. Instead of the company proactively updating me, I was constantly chasing them for answers.A few weeks before Christmas, after repeated calls, the desk was finally collected and I was told it would be fixed and returned shortly. Days before Christmas, two delivery staff returned claiming the desk was repaired. When I checked it myself, the defect was still there. When questioned, they assured me they would return after New Year’s to fix it properly and left the desk sitting in my hallway.Fast forward to today, the desk is still in my hallway, still defective, and I am once again left chasing Love Furniture for updates. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking. This experience has shown very poor customer service and extremely disappointing after-sales support.I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice at this point. I want other customers to be aware of how issues are handled once payment has been made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Love Furniture. 👎👎
