Updated 30/5/25 5 times I've been lied to, FIVE!! Surely not? Let's see ... First of all: before ordering, I checked the item was in stock and was told it was. Two weeks later: played the text messaging game to accept a delivery date of April 24th. On April 23rd I was told the item suddenly wasn't in stock, but it was now sourced and would be delivered the following week. Then we had the 27/28th of May promised. All that was delivered was more insincere apologies. And here we are on Friday 30th of May: again having been told a courier was being initiated to ensure my furniture was delivered this week and nothing. No notification from any courier to suggest any such arrangement was made. So yes! 5 broken commitments, which suggest they were all lies. Initially I thought you were just cowboys, chancing your arm. Advertising furniture from the internet that you might be able to fulfill. I then progressed to believing you to be incompetent - as this loose plan has proved beyond you. But I was being kind. I now believe you're scammers; taking my payment of €453.70 with no intention of supplying it. I have now had contact promising delivery next week. This takes the saga in to June. I am therefore deleting a star - because even one is too many. Companies like yours don't deserve business.This is a very strange company. Having bought a mattress off them last year (delivery was slow) and it was ok in the end, I chanced using them again for a chest of drawers - to save myself €50. I now wish I spent the extra and had it delivered in a few days. Initial indication was it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 weeks. 3 weeks on I got a delivery date (with this high octane series of texts requiring replies) then the day before, it suddenly wasn't in stock, but another one had been sourced. Two weeks on - and 5 weeks in total - still no sign and communication has dried up. It'd be comical - had I not given them €470 for an item I require. My lesson is - shop from a regular shop with a good track record. These people are bizarre and I just want it delivered now.
