Ordered a kingsize bed. From the beginning the bed was not assembled correctly. There have been 4 further sets of technicians out to attempt to fix the various things wrong with it. After 4 attempts I asked for a replacement and they have refused to do so, Absolutely horrifying customer service from those in store. The technicians however are brilliant. Issue still not fixed and the.bed remains bowed etc.
