I originally left a 1-star review as I had ordered at the beginning of the week ahead of a family holiday, paid for next-day delivery twice, and still didn’t receive my items on time.Since then, the company has been very attentive in rectifying the issue. They cancelled and refunded my first order, refunded both next-day delivery charges, and I received my items midway through my holiday. They also kindly offered me a free item and discount on my next order.The products themselves are excellent – high quality, beautifully packaged, and just as described. I will be ordering again.I’ve moved my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. It was unfortunate that the delivery error happened, but the way the company handled it afterwards was excellent.
