I ordered 4 shirts at one time, 2 were Christmas gifts, 2 were personal orders. The shirts for gifts came in, thank goodness, but I was missing one shirt. The order made it seem as if all 4 shirts were sent. I emailed customer service and was contacted within the hour about a replacement. I didn’t see it for a bit longer and replied as soon as I did see it. Received a reply by the next day and a new shirt is being sent as the one I didn’t receive was out of stock in my size. Would have been nice to know that one was out of stock or to have received a refund, without having to check with customer service. I love the shirts I have ordered, hope my gift recipients do as well!
