I adore the long sleeve and sweatshirts, but I still haven’t received my order from November 17th. It was claimed to be shipped a week ago, yet there’s no update. I reordered for Christmas gifts but have seen no shipping updates after two weeks. They keep running promotions without fulfilling orders. If I ever receive my items, I won't be placing another order. They need to address these issues to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
