I placed my first order last year, it took over a month to receive the item but I did receive it and was pleased with what I received. I have recently ordered again and it’s been two months and according to their site my item still hasn’t been processed or shipped. I called and asked about it, I was told that they are very busy and as soon as they can get to my order they will process and ship it. You can’t cancel an order, only return an item for a refund. Be aware you may be scammed.
