I ordered once from them through the official app and received my items in about two weeks, which were all quite nice. However, I placed my order on December 2, and by December 12, nothing had shipped. After contacting the support team, I was informed about delays due to a switch in fulfillment centers and high demand. Half of my order finally shipped on December 13 and arrived on the 26th, while the other half has yet to be shipped. Receiving non-custom orders in 4 to 6+ weeks is not acceptable. It feels like just another regular company posing as a specialized provider. It's unfortunate because the shirts I did receive were good quality for the price. I'm left wondering if I'll ever get the rest of my order. I'm giving 2 stars: one for the shipping times and an extra star for the decent quality and fit of the shirts I received. If I had reviewed right after my initial purchase, I would have rated it 4 stars.
