I placed Order #2546 in January 2026. The order status said “On its way”, but no valid tracking information was ever provided, and the item never arrived.I contacted Loveinloft multiple times via email, but received no response, and the refund has not been issued.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and advise others to exercise caution before ordering.
