Phone was in for repair, paid the excess, received phone back not fixed properley. Sent phone back to get original fault fixed to be advised there was a small crack on the phone and it would be a further £100 excess to sort the battery problem you didnt fix in the first claim! We werent asking for the small crack to be fixed and if it had been done properley in the first instance we wouldnt have needed to have the inconvenience of sending the phone back. Now have phone back unfixed and £100 lighter.
