This is an absolute horrible business to deal with. I contacted them to let them know my product was going to miss being delivered in the timeframe needed. All they did was say they would look into it but never got back to me. Now they blame it on shipping issues but could have solved it last week. Now I miss 2’doses due to a biz trip I have left for. Now I will have to start over and invest money to get back to proper dosing. You responded but you’re not making it better. Still no resolution. All you do is email to say you’re looking into it. That doesn’t fix the issue!I have an update. Nothing has been done. They continue to avoid me and now won’t respond since I left a negative review. So no medicine and no refund. Mother have taken my money and won’t respond. June 6 update. Still no word from Lovely “not” meds. Have not received product nor reimbursement. What a scam!
