I recently had to switch my compounded medication to a different provider as my previous one stopped selling the medication that I take. So after some research online, I decided to choose lovely meds. Unfortunately, their customer service is awful. From the minute I ordered I had trouble getting my tracking information. They are extremely slow to respond and there is no phone number you can call. It was like pulling teeth and took forever to get my medication. Takes at least 12 days and that is for delivery within the 50 states. I understand the medication comes from Texas, so basically they are just crappy. A zillion other businesses can get this medication to you from anywhere within the United States within 48 hours. So that’s red flag number one. I received my first shipment and everything seemed OK. My second shipment arrived and it was missing half of the medication. I am still going round and round with them about sending me the missing medication from my order. They do not want to take ownership. They have my $449 which they are Auto deducting every month, it’s been three days and they still will not ship me my medication. They’re still just spinning around telling me they don’t understand and blah blah blah blah blah. Absolutely no solution. I have no idea if I’m going to get my medication or not. They do not answer messages quickly at all. This is the worst company and I am sorry I even got tangled up with them in the first place. Buyer beware. Nonexistent customer service so if you have a problem you’re on your own.
