5 weeks later, sent and returned the product that should of never been sent out after it was cancelled....and still no refund! Liri is a dishonest crook and lied repeatedly about refunding me ASAP. She is personally now withholding my $999 refund because of my honest reviews to protect other consumers. I hope that you are reprimanded in a deserving manner for your unprofessionalism. Also, the order was canceled by you immediately after it was brought to your attention and before it was processed. You spitefully had it sent out a day later after you told me over the phone that it was canceled and guaranteed me a full refund. An hour later you told me that it wasn’t possible and that there was absolutely nothing that could be done. Then later claimed you would make an exception. Then try to deny a refund again. For the sale of this company, I hope that today is your last day. FYI, you personally have several bad reviews not just from me, but from others that are completely undone with your dishonesty.
