I got a bunch of different emails with different contradicting massages. Tried to call and email. Finally after 3 days I got a call back at which point I was told the order was already shipped. Received msg early morning that shipment will be delivered today. Package was delivered at 5.00pm. Ice packs were totally melted and everything in the bag was wet and very hot. Send text msg with picture no respond. Finally called myself and got answer. Not really sure if answer is correct. Not sure if i feel comfortable using medication that supposed to be kept cold, after it was sitting in 100 degrees for 10 hours in the hot van without any cooling. Not happy. Will not be buying again 😒
