Awful!!! I placed an order on 8/26 and paid through Affirm. I received a tracking number that day. It’s 9/9 and still has not shipped. I requested the order be cancelled on Thursday 9/4 with Dan. I told him I would tell Affirm to stop payment on the order as they had not shipped. He emailed me back that day asking if I wanted him to continue to stay on top of my order to be sure it shipped or if I still wanted to cancel. I emailed right back requesting to cancel. Never got a reply. I requested confirmation by email Friday, Saturday, then twice on Monday. Monday night I filed a dispute with Affirm. Tuesday afternoon I finally got an email from Dan saying he was sorry for the frustration but the order was in process and he could not cancel now but he would discount my order and credit a future order? He asked on Thursday if I wanted it canceled and I said YES! I sissy ordered from another company. This is over $1,000 for a quarter year order. I called Dan to remind him of his email asking if I wanted to cancel and my following emails requesting confirmation that he NEVER replied to. He said he was out of the office since Thursday so was too late to cancel? I replied back Thursday to cancel so that’s on him for not following through. He then continued to argue with me how my order would still ship. I explained I filed a dispute with affirm. I then called affirm and they told me to return the order should it ship since I requested to cancel and it had not shipped yet after 2 WEEKS?! This company is awful. Service is terrible. My acct online shows cancelled but I just wanted Dan to confirm my order was cancelled and he says it’s still shipping??? I suffer from severe depression and did not need any of this. Especially his arrogant attitude. DO NOT order from this company! They are a complete scam and fraud! Affirm told me I am not responsible for any payments now as I requested cancellation and there have been no shipments made and to send pictures should they try to send me any orders post dispute filing. Now filing with BBB and filing class action lawsuit if necessary. Find my review posted everywhere should they try to screw me over and still ship my order after asking if I wanted to cancel and I confirmed yes! **UPDATE** I ordered from the new company late Sunday 9/7 based on my emails with Dan after he asked if I wanted to cancel and I replied yes. Then he never replied to ANY of my emails requesting confirmation. I received my order from the new company today, 9/11/25. The order from Lovely Meds from 8/26 still shows a tracking number has been created but never shipped but STILL NO ONE will confirm my order is CANCELLED!!!! This company is completely ridiculous!!!! Wasted my time. Wasted my energy. Increased my anxiety thinking I’m now out over $1000 but thankfully the Affirm rep has assured me I will not be responsible should they ship as they have still not shipped and I have repeatedly requested to cancel and requested confirmation for a WEEK with nothing!!!! Definitely looking into legal action now. Also, apparently Dan is the ONLY person EVER working at this company (per him). If you call there is NO other person in the entire company to down with. It sounds like he’s working out of his home by himself. It’s a one man operation that the orders must get sent out to the lab of something. I posted yesterday that I received my order and TODAY I got a text with a FedEx tracking number now from Vialsrx pharmacy that my order has shipped??? Funny how action is only taken after I post something or file a complaint with Affirm or BBB. Per Affirm I am still not to pay anything if responsible as all screenshots from Dan were submitted showing that he asked if I wanted to cancel and I replied yes then he never replied for FIVE days and says it was too late to cancel. This company is a complete fraud and I’m reporting as such. They need to be shut down.
