After pausing my deliveries because I wanted a higher mg, the order was sent anyway. I also sent 3 texts telling you that I did not want the delivery unless I could get a higher mg. I also tried calling and after waiting for 45 minutes, I hung up. I now have received the 3mg, which I do not want. My first delivery was 2mg and I got absolutely no appetite suppression or weight loss. I now have 3mg which I am sure will be the same thing. I requested 5mg. I have now wasted $600.00. Very unhappy with your company. I guess I will deal with this through my credit card.
No communication. I signed up for multiple months and was sent the same dose for the entire period. They wad no titration to get my dose up. So the lowest dose for 3 months... did nothing. When I reached out I was told it was going up, just the same ml was used for each dose. It was not. And I tried multiple times to get them to change it. So I canceled. They would give me lip service and then nothing changed. I spent over $900 to have the lowest dose of titzepitide. Only to have it do nothing. Do NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES!!
