Communication and help was in abundance, very easy polite nice people to deal with. Everything sorted quickly. Car was delivered to my work for me which made everything even easier. Car arrived very clean and looking smart but did have a few marks on the alloys which I was not aware of but on delivery they promised to put right. Within 48 hrs all sorted.
