Had given these guys a 5 star review, how wrong was I. 1 month into new vehicle. Got a health check done by ford, they found a corroded cooler pipe. Broken DPF, rear shocks damaged and leaking, NSF bearings need replacing. This is after they put through a MOT. So they disputed this and asked for a report from a non ford garage. I did and they found other things. Discs badly lipped. This was still not good enough. So got an independent assessor from the finance company and even though I had done just 1000miles and the report showing that the damage was done before I purchased the vehicle they still refuse to put it right. Breach of the consumer credit act. Reported this company to trading standards. Dont go anywhere near this company. Oh they blamed the rear shocks damage on the body kit I put on it!!!! Responding to the below message:It was less than 2 months before i started to have issues with teh vehicle, and have the paperwork and emails and whatsapp messages to prove that. You blamed every one and everything else, to the point that i had to go to the finance company to get a repsonse from you, and then you still didnt sort it.
