DON'T buy a car from lovemoneyfinance

I've had awful service since I got this car from these people.fiat 500 2013 model.They told me it would be serviced, valeted, motd, warranty ,that it has a new battery in it.None of the above was done, I'm now sitting waiting for a battery to be fitted, it's useless...I will be reporting this company to the trading council, as they denied everything even the service company allegedly that supposed to have done the service denied it too, claims they can't find the service proof.This reply is complete untruth..the only provided item was a "request" for service not proof of service and Deans Auto who allegedly did a so called service would not provide proof of doing one.It also was not in my service book.So called valet was never done,drivers seat was very dirty, if this is from driving it to me wow, very dirty ,that's also not true..a valet company will put plastic covers on seats.steering wheel also full of grime and dirt..the.bulb for left light also never paid to me despite sending invoice.Where,s the proof of warranty and MOT...Wasn't done,I had to do MOT myself September. There is no warranty at all.Battery as I wrote I was sitting at garage waiting for a new battery to be fitted.last Saturday.As also suggested, take it for a valet yourself, never was valeted.This company lies to customers and never was I sent a proof of service,nor valet proof, or paid for anything I had to do myself.Dont believe a word they tell you.ever..Update to reply...none of this reply is true except the drive to deliver the car...at no point did I state my budget is tight and ifound the car myself online, so again not true, they tried to sell me another car in another colour.Provide all invoices which you refused to do at any point and refund all costs..don't pretend you are providing an honest service....also not true.i will deal with this through the trading council.
