I ordered an orchid for my orchid wedding anniversary so was an important gift. Unfortunately the plant was badly damaged and only had a few buds remaining. To their credit they reacted quickly to my complaint and sent a replacement. However, the ceramic pot on the replacement was broken into a number of pieces on arrival. In short, the gift and the occasion was ruined by a flawed model (either poor packing or courier services) so I cannot recommend this service for someone looking for a painless gifting experience.
