I ordered a pale pink orchid and received a purple one, as this was a treat to myself I was excited when the parcel arrived looking forward to my birthday treat, and to find a PURPLE orchid ( I dislike purple intensely in anything) I was extremely upset. Informed the company when they emailed if I loved my orchid, told them and have not even received an apology. So much for my 84th birthday gift to myself. I have ordered a lot of orchids from this company, but never again, will now find another orchid company as I like to give orchids to my friends.
