Dreadful customer service when they get something wrong. Makes you wonder why you tried to help them put their error right. Should have just let them deliver the 2 orders placed not just to the wrong addresses but also the wrong order and then let them sort it at their cost! And they tried to infer it was partly our fault for amending one address. No appreciation of the effort made by us, the customer, to sort it out and no understanding of the stress this caused to an 89 year old who just wanted to send 2 nice gifts. Will never use again and they obviously donāt care as in their own words āI completely understand if you donāt want to buy anything from us againā.
