Ordered 4 mini orchids. Arrived in poor condition. Clearly packaging had been thrown about in transit despite paying a whopping £7 delivery fee to ship not far from Hampshire to Kent. Petals broken off and loose pot filling in box. Packaging and shipping needs a major upgrade. If you're going to charge such high shipping fee's at least use a decent delivery company. After a week orchids starting to lean over despite a support stick and correct placement.
