I would give zero stars if possible. It's been almost a month with no shipment. Communication has been terrible. I’m going to cancel now. It still says preparing to ship! I provided the date and order number. When I called to check on my order after a month, I was informed that the item was out of stock. It's unacceptable to take an order you never intended to fulfill.
