We had a really good experience ordering a Justin wine out of Paso Robles, CA. Pretty much attentive service. Communication responses were fairly timely and good. In fact, the pricing was nearly half that of Total Wine. The UPS shipping was flawless and no problems. Wine arrived in fine condition. We'd buy from Love Scotch, again. Excellent friendly service. Sorry to hear about the others which definitely wasn't ours.
