I ordered something an paid a super expensive shipping fee for it to arrive way before our engagement party. And this was a big thing that my fiancé wanted. I wanted to surprise him.! Anyways long story short it never arrived at the time I wanted. Even after paying the heavy expensive fee. So I sent it back with ups without opening it when it did get here. I sent it back since June 8th! It is now July 6 about to be a whole month that this issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep emailing them since they received it which was since the 8th of June that I sent it back, they received the package on jun 16th. Since then I been emailing them and they haven’t responded to any of my emails about issuing me a refund. I have contacted them so many times. One time one of them answered and said that the shipment hasn’t arrive at their warehouse yet! Even after I sent him the ups tracking information proof! Until now they still haven’t answered me or issued me a refund! I’m super pissed! Don’t use these scammers they are fraudulent! Not a good business!
