I had to change a booking and didn't receive a response for 10 days after my request. The issue wasn't resolved for 14 days, by which time the replacement tickets had already sold. After several emails, I discovered they charge an additional £15 per seat compared to the venue's own site. I won't be using this service again when booking directly is cheaper!
