I needed to modify a booking, and it took 10 days to get a response. The issue wasn't resolved for 14 days, by which time the replacement tickets were sold out. After several emails, I found out they charge an extra £15 per seat compared to the venue's website. I won't be using this service again when direct booking is cheaper!
