I booked Winter Funland through the service and later received an email notifying me that my booking was canceled. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered, and my phone calls have not been returned. To make matters worse, the cancellation email included multiple recipients, exposing personal information—a clear violation of data protection! I am currently over £160 out of pocket with no explanation, refund, or follow-up. This is extremely poor customer service and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the booking due to a serious illness in the group. However, they were very empathetic and decided to issue a refund minus a small fee, demonstrating great customer service.

I mentioned that having a live person available on the main phone line would be beneficial, as I had left two messages that went unreturned before reaching Tom. He agreed and said they would consider this.
The support I received from the service this morning was outstanding. I faced challenges while booking our 2-for-1 tickets for a popular attraction, but the representative resolved everything without any hesitation. Highly recommend this service for your outings, thank you again for your amazing help!
I encountered an issue with my booking due to a lack of information on the website and tickets about the meeting point, which led me to the wrong location and I missed our tram for the illumination tour. The service sent me an email offering a full refund and also provided a voucher. I will definitely use this service again, as they are excellent at communication and very helpful in resolving issues.
After numerous negative comments about the Screamtime event were posted on the service's social media page, they deleted all feedback. Why would they do this? People should be informed about their experiences, especially when it was quite disappointing!
