Do not touch this company with a barge pole, I purchased a 3 year warranty at £1500 when I bought my Range Rover with the info being that everything bar the brake pads, discs and tyres is covered even for wear and tear.Believe me it is not,My first attempt at claiming was simple enough my rear windscreen washer had stopped working and the pipe had come off it, this needed the bodywork taking off to get to it and repair it. Their response was the part hadn’t failed and could be re attached sp I had to foot the bill.I have recently had an issue with losing power and being unable to a ceptate which has left me stuck in the fast lane coasting which as you can imagine is not a good place to be.At their request I had it diagnosed and it came back with this is a common fault with the turbo vaccuum but of relaxing that fails then the turbo could be failing but to replace the vacuum first as that is the standard thing to do with this problem.The quote was £600 and the diagnostics £105.Warranty response was to first ask for my ins docs my service history and my mot. Then to repeatedly request the cause of failure.I had sent them the diagnostics which said this is the fault the computer highlighted.That was not good enough and again they wanted cause of failure.The technician can’t diagnose the cause as it’s intermittent until it fails fully so they then refused to cover it.I asked how it is their policy to leave an intermittent problem that can cause power loss while driving and how that problem doesn’t meet the requirement.All they would say was it isn’t full failure of the part.I told them exactly how I felt about this and as per google asked how much of a refund I can get if I cancel as I am only 9 months into a 3yr policy.They stated zero and that any further issues with the vehicle to re contact them.I still have the issue and I have had to pay the diagnostics fee too.Literally every time there is a problem you personally have to pay to diagnose it and if they decide it isn’t covered which they will do then you are left to foot the bill.They are scammers the customer service is terrible and they do not care if you are left with a dangerous fault on your vehicle.I am seriously thinking of selling my vehicle now and losing the £1500 I paid for cover as it is worthless.AVOID AVOID AVOID
