Denied claim on warranty due to vehicle not serviced in line to manufacturer recommendation date. RECOMMENDED NOT COMPULSORY! Had annual service 31 days past due date even though LW state service should be done within 30 days from the due date! Mmi screen fault would not have been picked up on any kind of service whether done prior or later. Even though the service interval was their excuse to deny this claim how/why did they pay out for another claim previously made when this was the same service interval!? Just a sly tactic of avoiding a payout. Looks like they are doing this quite a lot recently.
