I bought a product almost a year ago. Cost was about $70. Months later the product arrived and it failed to work. After multiple complaints and many emails, months passed and a replacement (same product) was sent. Not only did it not work but it heated up until I could not hold it. I feared fire and placed it outside on the driveway.I explained this to the company and months later they said a replacement was "in transit." That was 2 months ago. Now they refuse to answer emails even though my complete contact info was provided. I am fairly certain that my $70 is gone and that I shall never hear from them. I asked for their identifying info and they never responded.
