I contacted the company by email, explained that I followed the directions that came with product, and it still does not work. The seller replied and told me to make sure the device is charged! I also attached a video of me pressing the buttons and the device did not move! This company hides the fact that they are from China and sends broken products! Do not buy from this Seller!!!! I have all emails, video, receipts, and I will dispute the charges!Update: They had the nerve to email me again and offer to resend product or give me a 10% refund lol. the website say full return for faulty or broken products!
